If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may have someone substitute for your participation in the program. Call Swan Fleur Productions Customer Service Department at least 10 days prior to the event to transfer your enrollment. A $12 fee will apply. Transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible.

If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, contact our Customer Service Department. We will convert your enrollment to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward any future Robbins Research International, Inc. event for up to one full year from your original event date. Some restrictions apply.

A complimentary enrollment is valid for the event date listed in the electronic confirmation only and is non-refundable/non-transferable.

If after attending the first half of the program, you are not completely satisfied, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives during the afternoon meal break at the event. Refunds are authorized at the event only. You must have attended the event up until the afternoon meal break and request your refund at the Customer Service Desk during the afternoon meal break. At your option, we will apply your tuition to any Swan Fleur Productions event, or send you a full refund. Simply turn in your workbook and name badge to a Swan Fleur Productions, LLC Customer Service Representative at the Customer Service Desk. Complimentary enrollments are not eligible for refund.

Open Enrollment Services – RISK FREE Guarantee

Our clients are our advertisement and our goal is to provide such excellent service that you brag to your friends about us! To that end, we offer a money-back guarantee for Open Enrollment Services if we fail to identify at least $149 worth of possible savings during our review of your healthcare expenses. This $149 can be any combination of recommendations for savings on pharmaceuticals, reductions in premiums, reduced overall healthcare costs by use of tax incentives or benefits, or any other cost lowering opportunity. These savings must be documented by us during your outbrief meeting. At the end of the meeting, you will be asked to confirm that we have shared $149 worth of savings. If we are unable to identify these savings, we will reimburse you for your initial 5O% deposit within 1O business days and we will not charge you for the remainder of the service. At your option, you may apply your deposit to any other Gabby Crusader product or event.
